Purpose:
My journey from the consulting room as a psychologist to the corporate
boardroom as a management consultant gives me the scientific solid
foundations of how people change. From this comes my practical techniques
to help you improve at work and in other areas of your life. I have
a tremendous wealth of ideas and experience that others do not have.
I don’t change people, but help people change themselves by
changing their patterns of thinking. It is a proven fact that people
don’t effectively use their minds and what they know. Why does
this happen? Because they haven’t learned how to do it. This
lack of know-how can result in a lot of wasted time and energy with
decreased productivity. Among the things I do to help people to change,
I use three powerful concepts. These are Emotional Intelligence,
(E.I.) of Daniel Goleman; the practical ideas of Multiple Intelligences
of Howard Gardner, both of Harvard University; and Positive Psychology
of Martin Seligman from the University of Pennsylvania.
From these scientifically valid concepts, I use enhancement strategies
to help business people (from Top Executive to Lower Management
Level) to be more productive and satisfied in both their work and
private lives.
Self-Enhancement Strategies: Management Consulting (1996 -Present )
is the result and combination of all the above mentioned ideas applied
to the corporate world.
